Pandjiris® Lease or Lease to own option:

Lease and Lease to own equipment and Fees are based on new equipment prices.
Lease equipment is built to order or pulled from new stock inventory.
Only standard Pandjiris^® equipment is eligible for Lease option. (Modified standard and custom built equipment are not eligible. )
Below is a Lease agreement charges overview.

A. The monthly rent for the Equipment shall be paid in advance in installments of 20% of equipment value or $_________ for the 1st month, and 10% of equipment value or $______ USD each month thereafter, beginning on ___________ and on the first day of each succeeding month throughout the term hereof, at Pandjiris, Inc.,

B. Lessee shall pay a deposit in the following amount prior to taking possession of the Equipment: $_________ USD. The deposit will be refunded to Lessee promptly following Lessee’s performance of all obligations in this Lease. If the Equipment is purchased during the term by Lessee, the deposit may be applied to the purchase price of the Equipment.

If the Equipment is purchased by Lessee at any time during the term hereof, 100% of the rent shall be applied to the purchase price if the Equipment is purchased within the first month of the term, 90% if purchased in the 2nd month, 70% of the rental in the third month, and 50% each month thereafter.
