Pandjiris®’ EZ Link® Series Controllers are user-friendly, PLC-based controllers designed to provide flexibility for the operator. The EZ Link® Controllers put automated equipment control functions at your fingertips. Welding and motion functions are coordinated in an easy-to-use package.
EZ Link® Series controllers are perfect for new equipment and retrofitting your existing equipment, whether it’s Pandjiris® or another manufacturer.
The front panel layout includes a large graphic 5.7″ VGA TFT Color touch screen display, 640×480 resolution. Custom-designed PLC program permits a wide range of programmed sequence configurations from English to Metric. Inputs into the PLC are isolated thru relays for optimum performance in welding environments.
APPLICATIONS
Longitudinal Welding: The controller is standard on all Pandjiris travel carriages. Speed control, travel start and stop delays can be preset. The control will handle both the travel carriage motion and initiation of the weld sequence. Weld length can be controlled by a timer, limit switch, or optional distance encoder. An automatic home sequence can also be turned on/off if desired.
Circumferential Welding: The controller is also configurable for circumferential systems, including precision lathes, positioners, and head-and-tailstocks systems. Like the Longitudinal system, the controller includes speed control, travel start and stop delays, and the ability to initiate the weld sequence. When in the circumferential mode the controller automatically adjusts surface travel speed based on the part diameter
input by the operator. A pass counter permits multi-pass welding with an optional pass counting limit switch arrangement. Weld distance measured in degrees can also be preset and counted with our optional distance sensing encoder.

PLC-BASED Oscillator Control
Pandjiris®’ EZ Link® Series Delta Oscillator Controller is a user-friendly, PLC-based controller designed to provide flexibility for the operator. The EZ Link® Controllers put automated equipment control functions at your fingertips. Welding and motion functions are coordinated in an easy-to-use package.
EZ Link® Series Delta Oscillator Controller is similar to our EZ Link® Series controller except it has the additional capability to control our oscillator with a built-in Oscillator drive. The front panel layout includes a 5.7″ VGA TFT Color (640×480 resolution) touch screen display. Custom-designed PLC program permits a wide range of programmed sequence configurations.
APPLICATIONS
The EZ Link® Series Delta Oscillator controller can be used for controlling a mechanical oscillator as a “Stand Alone” Mechanical Oscillator or for a dual purpose weld sequence controller / Mechanical Oscillator. A preset sequence setup menu allows for oscillator set-up screens and various other welding sequence features to be preset. The I/O is interconnected through internal isolated relays.
The EZ Link® Series Delta Oscillator Control provides almost all of the features of the Pandjiris® EZ Link® Series controller, with additional oscillator control features.

Advanced System Controllers
The “TOUCH & WELD” Advanced SAW System Controller
A simple, single point control with a touch screen operator interface. Unlike some “canned” controllers, this advanced control system can be tailored to work most Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) Power Sources and control integration to Pandjiris automation equipment. All aspects of the weld process are accessible within a few screens with “Supervisory” access and a primary weld screen for basic operator
control. A standard controller is set up to control one travel axis and up to (3) Power Sources.
The controller can be configured to operate weld lathes, manipulators, sidebeam and carriages, and turning rolls. Whether it is welding with a travel car or a set of turning rolls the “Touch & Weld “controller will put the process control at your finger tips.

The “TOUCH & WELD” Advanced GTAW System Controller.
A simple, single point control with a touch screen operator interface. The controller is capable of being connected to most Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) power sources and with almost unlimited program storage capabilities. As standard the control has the added ability to control Cold Wire Feeders, Arc Voltage Controls, and multiple motion axes.
